Our integrated management system policy, based on the requirements of quality, environmental, occupational health & safety and risk management, is as follows:

1. Increasing production and sales through efficient management of people, raw materials, equipment and financial resources
2. Producing sponge iron of uniform, consistent quality that meets customers' needs and expectations
3. Increasing customer and stakeholder satisfaction by understanding their needs and responding on time
4. Full compliance with legal and other applicable requirements, including customer and industry requirements
5. Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent incidents and occupational illness
6. Protecting the environment, preventing pollution and using energy and water efficiently
7. Identifying and managing risks and opportunities in all processes
8. Empowering, training and involving employees in process improvement
9. Developing lasting partnerships with suppliers and contractors
10. Continually improving the effectiveness of the integrated management system

Top management commits the resources needed to implement this policy and will review it periodically. Implementing it is the duty of every manager and employee of Gohar Zamin Steel.
